Life is energy. If you look at all life it is in constant motion: The moon, the sun, the wind, the earth, your blood, your breathing... everything has a flow of energy running through it. That is why it is so important to MOVE and exercise.

When you move or exercise, you are contributing to the flow of life, you are giving rather than taking. As you take in a new breath so you blow out old breath as well as stress. Breathing correctly helps to aslo centre and ground a person, in this chaotic and stressfull day and age.

Breath is life. The deeper you breath, the more relaxed and calm you will be. People who are too sedentary, who do not move much, who work under pressure and stress, do not in fact breath properly and this is a common reason as to why we are always so tired and fatigued.
